Golden and crunchy breading with a centre of soft Italian potato mousse stuffed with a shower of cooked ham. Croquettes are ideal for a tasty aperitif or for a delicious dinner.

Ingredients
Potatoes, breadcrumbs, corn starch, sunflower oil, salt, potato flakes, dextrose, spices, powdered onion, flavourings, cooked ham, mozzarella (cow’s milk curd milk enzymes, salt).

Produced in a facility that also uses: cereals containing gluten, eggs and derivatives, milk and its derivatives.
Preparation method
Thaw at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
In the fryer
pour the product in plenty of hot oil at 170 °C, and fry for about 4/5 minutes until the desired browning is obtained.
In the microwave
put the pre-fried product in a 800 W microwave and cook for about 90 seconds
