DOUGH: “00” type common wheat flour, salt, sugar, brewer’s yeast, vegetable margarine (vegetable fat Shea oil, sunflower oil, ninth emulsifiers and E471 fatty acid glyceride acids, E322 sunflower lecithin, acidity corrector E330 , betecarotene colouring aromas).
FILLING: pasteurised eggs, mozzarella (cow’s milk curd, salt, lactic ferments) long-life UHT milk, cooked ham (41% pork), water, potato starch, salt, natural flavors, gelling agent: carrageenan, stabilizers: polyphosphates, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite. Gluten-free. Extra virgin olive oil.
