DOUGH: “00” type common wheat flour, salt, sugar, brewer’s yeast, vegetable margarine (vegetable fat Shea oil, sunflower oil, ninth emulsifiers and E471 fatty acid glyceride acids, E322 sunflower lecithin, acidity corrector E330 , betecarotene colouring aromas).
FILLING: cooked beef, pasteurised eggs, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, mortadella (pork, pork fat, salt, spices, flavourings; antioxidant: E301 preservative: E250), long-life UHT milk, cooked ham (pork 41%) water, potato starch, salt, natural flavors, gelling agent: carrageenan, stabilisers: polyphosphates, flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite. Gluten-free.

Preparation method
Thaw at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
In the oven
