Loved by the little ones, they are also delicious in aperitifs for adults or as an appetiser for more informal dinners. These frankfurter-stuffed rolls, are made with only selected meats and the best flours, for a puff pastry that is as good as grandma’s.

DOUGH: “00” type common wheat flour, salt, sugar, brewer’s yeast, vegetable margarine (vegetable fat Shea oil, sunflower oil, ninth emulsifiers and E471 fatty acid glyceride acids, E322 sunflower lecithin, acidity corrector E330 , betecarotene colouring aromas).

FILLING: pork sausage and pasteurised turkey (32% pork, 31% turkey meat, 12% pork fat,) potato starch, iodised salt, flavourings, dextrose, smoky flavor; thickeners: carrageenan, carob seed flour; antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; caregiver: sodium nitrite.
The highlighted ingredients can cause reactions in allergic or intolerant people.


Produced in a facility that also uses: cereals containing gluten, eggs and derivatives, milk and its derivatives.

Preparation method

Thaw at room temperature for about 20 minutes.


In the oven
preheat the oven to 180 °C, place the product in the oven and cook for about 25 minutes.
